Esther W. Barber, 85, Rt.1, Bringhurst, died at 9 a.m. Oct. 31, 1988, in her residence.
  Born in Delphi Nov. 4, 1902, she was the daughter of Francis and Mary McDonald Wilson.  On Jan. 17, 1952, she was married to Raymond F. Barber, who died Aug. 30, 1971.
  A member of Burlington Church of Christ, she had lived in the Burlington area for 46 years.  She was a member of Burlington Township Extension Homemakers Club.
  Survivors include a stepson, John J. Barber of Burlington; a step-daughter, Mary Jo Smith of Long Beach, Calif.; a brother, Robert Wilson, Delphi; four step grandchildren; and eight step great-grandchildren.
  Friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today at Neptune Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Thursday in Burlington Cemetery, with the Rev. Dan Butcher officiating.
