Kyle W. Sharpf, 73, a former Carroll County resident and retired Medaryville farmer, died Tuesday, May 17, 1977, in University Hospital, Seminole, Fla. He had been ill six months. Born in Champaign County, Ill., he was married in 1924 to Helen Pearson at Delphi. Surviving with the widow are a son, Richard Sharpf of Medaryville; four daughters, Mrs. Alice Jayne Hunt of Goshen, Mrs. Mary Catherine Shearer of Indianapolis, Mrs. Jo Ann Somers of Valparaiso and Mrs. Margaret Ellen Stover of Lanark, Ill.; two brothers; four sisters; and 17 grandchildren. Funeral services were Thursday afternoon at Medaryville with burial in Hickory Grove Cemetery in Jefferson Township near Yeoman.
