Edna Best (Quinn) - Class Of 1917

DELPHI — Mrs. Edna Quinn, 70, died at 7:45 a.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Lafay- ette, after a long illness. Born here Jan, 10, 1899, she was the daughter of Charles and Myrtle Hinkle Best. Her mar- riage was to Millard Quinn, who died in 1947. She was secretary for the Clem Insurance Agency until her retirement. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the Associate Chapter of Tri Kappa. Surviving are a son, William Quinn, a local teacher; two grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Frances Adams of Venice, Fla.; two grandchildren. Friends may call after 2 p.m. today at, the Jackson Funeral Home. Services will be held there at 2 p.m. Monday. The Rev. Frederick Lanan will off- ciate and burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery.
