Wedding announcement. The JOURNAL has the pleasure this week of announcing the engagement of Miss Julia Marton, daughter of Mr and Mrs. Lebovics Marton, of Terre Haute, to Mr. Morris D. Cohen, a prominent young gentleman of New York. The marriage will occur at 2021 West Davidson street, Chicago, Ill, next Sunday afternoon at 4 o’clock. The bride is well known in this city, where her parents formerly resided, her father long being known as one of Delphi’s most influential business men, having charge of the large poultry establishment that was a credit to the city, attracting people from all corners of the county. She was a graduate of the Delphi public school, class of 1917, and later attended Wesleyan college at Oxford, Ohio. Her winning ways and strong personality made her many friends and this handsome Delphi lady will make a most excellent wife for the husband she has won. The JOURNAL extends heartiest congratulations.
