Susie Mae Landes, 99, Flora, died at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998, in Milner Healthcare Center, Rossville, where she had been a resident for six weeks.
  Born Aug. 19, 1899, in Yeoman, she was the daughter of William Manfred and Olive Gilliam Goslee.  She was married Oct. 15, 1919, in Yeoman, to Lawrence T. Landes, who died June 26, 1977.
  A homemaker, she had resided in Flora since 1940.  She was a 1918 graduate of Delphi High School, and a member of Flora Church of the Brethren.
  Surviving are one daughter, Bonnie Maxwell of Bringhurst; three grandchildren; three step grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  A brother, a sister and a great-grandchild preceded her in death.
  Services were Monday at Baker Funeral Home, with burial in Maple Lawn Cemetery.
