Haughey D. Mount, 86, of Delphi died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday, September 28, 1980, at Monticello Community Health Care Center.
  Born Nov. 3, 1893, in Carroll County, he was the son of John and Margaret Dasher Mount.  He was married Oct. 1, 1917 in Delphi to Ruth Royster, who preceded him in death.
  A retired Delphi businessman, he was owner and operator of Mount Hardware from 1918 to 1965.  He was a member of the Delphi Christian Church, Mt. Olive Lodge No. 48, F&AM, Knights Templar, Delphi Oddfellows No. 28 and Scottish Rite, Valley of Indianapolis.
  Surviving are one daughter, Mary Jane Garver of Delphi; two sons, John of Delphi and Robert of Jonestown, Pa.; three grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
  Masonic and Oddfellows services were held Tuesday evening.
  Funeral services are today (Wednesday) at the Jackson Funeral Home in Delphi with Rev. Ray Nelson officiating.  Burial will be in the Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
