Bessie Robbins - Class Of 1911

The sad news was received Thursday of the death of Miss Bessie Robbins, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo. Robbins, who reside east of Delphi. Miss Bessie, had gone to Phoenix, Arizona, for her health and for a time it was thought the climate was beneficial. Last month her mother joined 1 her there and only a few days ago a letter, full of hope, was received from her. But on Thursday noon she passed away. Bessie Robbins was a girl of delightful personality. She was a graduate of the Delphi High School and was popular with her classmates. The Robbins country home has always been a place where young people loved to go and Bessie was a general favorite. She leaves her mother and father, two sisters, Mrs. Clyde Carr and Mrs. Earl Page, of this city and a brother, Arthur Robbins, who resides at home. The body will arrive in Delphi Monday evening.
