Hazel Thompson - Class Of 1912

Miss Hazel Thompson 45, died at 4 o'clock Monday evening at St. Elizabeths hospital, Lafayette, fololwing an operation last week. For a number of years Miss Thompson had been employed at the Mount Store in Delphi and her friends enjoyed calling there to meet her. She had a talent for art and many were the lovely things she made. She had a genial disposition and had many friends. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and was an ardent Republican have assisted with organization work and was active in the county and township Woman's, Republican Club. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters, Mrs. Jesse Drake of Hanson, Idaho; Mrs. Carrie Snoeberger of south of Delphi; Miss Nellie Thompson to whom she had made her home on the old Thompson farm near Delphi: Earl of Delphi; Arthur of Indianapolis and Mrs. Nola Harmon of Lafayette. The body was taken to the Blythe and Son's funeral home and later was taken, to the home. Funeral services were held Wednesday afternoon at the Delphi Presbyterian church with Rev. Harry B Parker officiating. She was buriedd in the Nebo cemetery.
