Miss Frances Marie Brewer, Delphi, RR 2, died unexpectedly at 11 a.m. Thursday (5-13-1965)of last week at the Delphi Laboratory on Main Street in Delphi where she was for an EKG. She became ill in the night. Born in Carroll County, she was the daughter of Francis Marion and Delphina Cress Brewer. For 39 years she was employed by the Presbyterian Board Of Education in Chicago, before retiring and returning to Delphi two years ago to m ake her home with her brother, George Brewer. She was a member of the Delphi Presbyterian Church. Survivors include the brother, George, Delphi, RR 2; three sisters, Mrs. Ruth Howell of Delphi, Mrs. Patricia Benjamin of Decatur, Ill., and Mrs. Lorene Clawson, Delphi, RR 2. Final rites were held Saturday afternoon at the Cornell Funeral Home with Rev. James Rankin officiating. Burial was made in Pleasant Run Cemetery.
