Addie Neff (Jackson) - Class Of 1904

Graveside services will be Thursday at 2 p.m. in Odd Fellows Cemetery in Delphi for Addie Neff Jackson, 99, who died Sunday, May 20, 1984, at Frame House Manor Health Care Center, Indianapolis. Born February 8, 1885 in Delphi, her marriage was Oct. 3, 1912, to Benjamin B. Jackson. He died in 1950. Mrs. Jackson and her husband owned and operated Jackson-Studebaker Agency and Jackson Auto Parts Store in Delphi before his death. A member of the Delphi Methodist Church, she had attended Indiana University and taught in several early one-room schoolhouses in Indiana. She had won prizes as an artist at the Carroll County fair several years ago. Survivors include two daughters, Aileen Schutte, Indianapolis, and Regina Milner, Birmingham, Ala., and two grandchildren. Rev. James Rankin will officiate and Flanner-Buchanan, Indianapolis, is in charge of arrangements.
