Faith Butz (Mash) - Class Of 1906

Miss Faith Butz, a former Delphi girl, daughter of former county Treasurer and Mrs. Henry J. Butz of near Rossville, was united in marriage at seven thirty o'clock last evening to J. Frank Maish of Rossville. The ceremony was performed by the Rev. L. A. Sigrist at the Reform Parsonage in Mulberry. They will be at home on a farm near Rossville after May 1st. The bride is an accomplished and popular girl. She made many friends while residing here during her father's terms as treasurer and the Journal joins them in extending wishes for their success and happiness.

Mrs. Faith Elenora Maish 89, wife of Frank Maish, died in the family home at Rossville, Tuesday after an illness of three months. Born in Carroll county, she spent her life in the Rossville community. She was married in 1910 and was a member of the Presbyterian church. Surviving with the husband are a daughter, Ruth, at home; two brothers, Ward Butz, Detroit; and William Butz, Monticello. Funeral rites will be held at 2:00 p.m., today (Thursday), at the L. I. Moore Funeral Home, Rev. Stanley Hopper will officiate with burial at Rossville.
