Minnie Gilpin (Schnepp)

Minnie Ethel Schnepp, 90, County Line Road, Lafayette, died at 4:30 a.m. Monday, October 29, 1979, at her residence. Born Jan. 16, 1889, in Carroll County, she was the daughter of George and Lillie Allen Gilpin. She was married April 30, 1913, to Charles Schnepp, who died Oct. 13, 1966. Mrs. Schnepp was a former school teacher in Carroll County. She was a member of the Colburn Extension Homemakers Club and the Washington Township Farm Bureau. Surviving are one son, Robert John Schnepp of County Line Road; one sister, Mary Eckhart of Buck Creek; two grandchildren; and six greatgrandchildren. Three brothers and one great-grandson preceded her in death. Funeral services were at 2 p.m. today, Wednesday, at Jackson Funeral Home, Delphi, with the Rev. Vernon Stingley, officiating. Burial was in the Delphi Masonic Cemetery.
