Birth: Jun. 7, 1889 Death: 1973 Mrs Estelle Sibbett Been, 84, 115 East Front St. died early Wednesday at St. Elizabeth Hospirtal in Lafayette Born in Carroll County June 7, 1889, she was the daughter of Marling and May Newman Sibbett. She was married to Jason Been October 30, 1915. She was a graduate of Delphi High School, Lake Forest College and Wilson College, Cambridge, Pa. She taught school in Cass, Tippecanoe and Carroll Counties prior to her retirement. She was a member of Delphi Presbyterian Church, Delphi American Legion Auxiliary, Delphi Reading Club, Indiana Teachers Association and Rose Chapter 36, Order of Eastern Star Surviving with her husband are one son, Joe at home and one sister, Mrs Marion Moyer, Delphi Services will be at 10:30 a. m. Saturday at Jackson Funeral Home with Rev. Fred Lanan officiating. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p. m.
