Arthur Thompson, 74, died at noon Tuesday at the Logansport State Hospital where he has been employed since 1927. Born in Delphi, July 11, 1887, his parents were Hiram and Ora Whistler Thompson. Surviving are three sisters: Mrs. Jessie Drake of Clinton, Washington; Mrs. Carrie Snoeberger of Logansport and Mrs. Nola Harmon of Monticello. Funeral rites will be held this (Thursday) afternoon at 2 p.m. at the Eikenberry funeral home with Rev. James Wm. Rankin officiating. Burial will be in Nebo cemetery.
