Rheno P. Isherwood, 69, formerly of Delphi and Lafayette, died in a St. Petersburg, Florida hospital Saturday after undergoing surgery there. Born at Delphi August 31, 1891, he was the son of Rheno M. Isherwood, former Lafayette postmaster and publisher at Delphi and Lafayette. His mother was the former Mabel Pollard of Delphi. Mr. Isherwood formerly worked in the Lafayette water works department and later in the Lafayette post office until moving to Florida. His only survivor is a sister, Mrs. Margaret Forney of Vero Beach, Florida. Services were held Monday in Florida and following cremation, the remains were brought back to Delphi.
