Miss Genevieve Ryan, S1, of Fort Wayne, passed away Saturday in St. Joseph's Hospital there where she had been a patient for two weeks after suffering a fractured hip, according to word received here by Mrs. Fred Musselman of Rt. 1, Camden.
  Miss Ryan had been ill for several years.
  Born in 1890 in Delphi, she was the daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. John Ryan.  She was graduated in 1909 from Delphi High School and received degrees from Madame Bakers in Indianapolis and Loyola University in Chicago.  She was a charter member of Tri Kappa Sorority in Delphi.  For a number of years she taught the fourth grade in Delphi public schools.
  Surviving is a nephew, Robert Ryan, of Waco, Texas.
  Funeral services were Wednesday morning at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Fort Wayne.  The Rev. W. Michael Kettron of Delphi was in charge of services at St. Joseph's Cemetery in Delphi where she was buried.
