Wilma Kirkpatrick (Coleman) - Class Of 1910

Mrs. Wilma Kirkpatrick Coleman age 38 years, died at the Methodist hospital in Indianapolis Monday after a lingering illness. Mrs. Coleman was taken to the hospital several weeks ago for an operation and her condition has been critical for some time. She was the daughter of Mrs. E. E. Kirkpatrick of this city and at- J tended the local schools, graduating from high school in 1910. In 1917 she married P. E. Coleman of Atlanta Ga., who was employed in Delphi as surveyor with a group of other college men. Since their marriage they have resided in the south. Besides her husband she leaves her mother, four sisters, Misses Edna and Marguerite Kirkpatrick of Delphi, Mrs. Carolyn Calvert of Texas and Mrs. Helen Sunrow of Roanoak, Va., and two brothers, Carlyle of this city and Dr. John of Lafayette. The body was brought to the Blythe funeral home in Delphi Tuesday w here funeral services were held on Wednesday afternoon at 2 o’clock, the Rev. C. J. Grimes of the Presbyterian church officiating; burial in the Masonic cemetery.
