Emerson Knight - Class Of 1910

Emerson B. Knight, a former resident of Delphi and an outstanding advertising man, died Wednesday (3-9-1932) on a train between New York and Detroit. He had been ill with influenza in New York but felt well enough to start for Detroit He suffered a relapse en route, death being attributed to a heart attack. Mr. Knight was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Knight of Delphi. He attended the Delphi public schools and DePauw University. Mr. Knight left Delphi when he was a young man but has had kept in touch with the community through his visits here and through his employment of several young men from Delphi in his advertising work.
