The entire community was shocked early yesterday morning when it was learned that Marjory Wood had died Thursday night at her home in Chicago, aged only nineteen years. Death was due to a severe throat trouble. Miss Wood and her mother spent the Christmas holidays with her aunt and uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Samuel Barnett in this city. Marjory was born and reared here, graduating from the Delphi high school, class 1910. She was a girl of sweet and lovable disposition and a leader among her young friends. To her mother, the sympathy of hosts of friends goes out in her bereavement.
