Dean G. Kite, 58, native of the Colburn community, died suddenly of a heart attack at his home in Lawrenceburg Sunday morning at 6 o'clock.

      Born March 21, 1891, he was a son of Thomas B. and Mary E. Schnepp Kite.  He was graduated from Delphi High school and was a member of the Delphi Methodist church and the Masonic Lodge at Aurora, Ind.

     He leaves the widow, Carrie Kite, a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Musselman and a grandson, James Musselman, Logansport, and a brother, Grover Kite, Delphi and everal nieces and nephews.

     Services were held Wednesday afternoon at Lawrenceburg.

     Those attending from Delphi were: Mr. and Mrs. Grover Kite, Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Packard and sons, Mrs. Oscar Leatherman, and Mr. and Mrs. Donald Kite of Logansport.
