FLORENCE BALL CARTWRIGHT - CLASS OF 1896
The funeral services of Florence Ball Cartwright, wife of Charles A. Cartwright, were conducted at the Angell residence, Friday afternoon, by Rev. A. H. DeLong. Interment in the Odd Fellow's cemetery.
Much has been taken from her family and friends by her death. Though a sufferer for many years, she was patient throughout and tried as far as she had power, to remain cheerful and brighten the responsibility of her care. She was reared from childhood in this city and had made many dear friends.
Florence Ball Cartwright was born in Lafayette, March, 1876; was married to Chas. A. Cartwright here in June, 1904; died Aug. 2, 1911. She is survived by a husband; daughter Mary Angell Cartwright; a mother, Mrs. C. E. Angell and a sister, Mrs. Katherine Thomas, of Marion.
