Miss Mary Lucretia Cochrane, 99, died at 9:30 a.m. Sunday, February 22, 1981, in St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester, Minn. She bad been a patient there two days. Born in Madison Township June 28, 1881, to Dr. Isaac N. and Isabelle Thomson Cochrane, she moved to Delphi, where she lived most of her life. Miss Cochrane became librarian of the Delphi Public Library in 1920 and served for forty years. She was a member of the Delphi First Presbyterian Church. Surviving are a niece and a nephew, Herbert W. DeWitt of Salt Lake City, Utah. Memorials may be made to the Tri Kappa Library Memorial Fund.
