Word was received here of the death of Mrs. Emma Bennett Dame, a former Delphi resident, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruth Dame Price in Chicago of pneumonia. The deceased was a graduate of the local high school in 1883. She was reared by Dr. and Mrs. Weber, early residents of this city. She married Rev. Dame, a minister of the Baptist church, who passed away a year ago. Funeral services were held in Chicago and at Edinburg where burial was made.
