Jesse Moore - Class Of 1888

Jesse Cameron Moore, 83, prominent resident of Indianapolis, passed away Thursday, May 7, at his home there.
  Born in Delphi in 1868, he was the son of Cameron and Jennie Weber Moore.  He was graduated from Delphi High School and the law school at Ann Arbor, Mich.  He also studied law at Harvard University.  He started his law practice in Indianapolis in 1894.
  In 1940 he started the Columbia School and Supply Company and served as it secretary-treasurer.
  He leaves a widow, Frances Hershey Moore and a daughter, Mrs. M.P. Hoffman, of Michigan; two grandsons, Peter and Paul; and one great grandson.
  Rites will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, at the First Baptist church, in Indianapolis.
