Nicole Howard, 46, of Lafayette, died at 11:33 a.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010.
Born Nov. 30, 1963, in Logansport, she was the daughter of Shirley Dilling Moore of Lafayette. She was a 1982 graduate of Delphi High School.
On July 22, 1995, she married Roy Howard in Lafayette, and he survives.
Mrs. Howard was a homemaker and a member of Independence United Baptist Church. She enjoyed spending time with her family, her friends and her dogs, collecting butterflies, church, and taking care of the household.
Surviving with her husband are a son, Joshua Levi Saylor of Lafayette; a daughter, Lindsay Karie Saylor of Memphis, Tenn.; her stepfather, Larry Moore; and a half brother, Larry Lee Moore II of Delphi.
Also surviving is a grandson, Colin Parker Trigleth. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Ralph and Sarah Dilling. Nicole lived for her family.
Visitation two hours prior to the 2 p.m. service on Saturday at Grace Missionary Baptist Church in Delphi, Pastor Henry Bell Jr. officiating. Interment to follow at I.O.O.F. Cemetery in Pittsburg.
