Services were August 23 in St. Joseph Catholic Church at Lebanon for Edmund Parke Beadle Jr., 69, Whitestown. He attended school at Delphi when his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Parke Beadle Sr., owned and published The Delphi Citizen. He was a Navy veteran, worked 25 years for John Deere and Co. and retired in 1979 as chief of security for the State of Indiana. Survivors include his wife, Helene Walker Beadle; one son, and a daughter.
