Funeral services were Monday in Anderson for Ernest D. Cripe, 71, of Anderson who died Friday, Nov. 28, 1981, in University Hospital.
  A 1928 graduate of Delphi High School, Mr. Cripe was a member of the basketball team honored in 1978 by the Indiana Hall of Frame for going to the state 50 years earlier.
  He was a member of Mount Olive Masonic Lodge 48 and the Presbyterian Church in Delphi and was a retired accountant of a supermarket chain.
  Survivors include his wife, Mary Cripe; two sons, Gene and Roland Cripe; and three daughters, Sue Scott, Janie Medenwald and Nancy Crabtree.
