Harold Resler

  Harold Dean Resler, 48, Kokomo, died at 11:34 p.m. Friday, Oct. 8, 1993, in Howard Community Hospital.
  Born in Huntington County on April 22, 1945, he was the son of John W. and Nell Merica Resler.  On June 3, 1967, he married Janice D. Dunk, who survives.
  Resler was school superintendent at Western School Corporation.  He had been principal at McCutcheon High School in Lafayette from 1979 to 1991; principal at Klondike Middle School in West Lafayette from 1977-1979; and assistant principal at Delphi Community High School from 1976-1977, and taught biology at DCHS from 1967-1968.
  Also surviving are two sons, Bradley D. Resler of West Lafayette and Matthew J. Resler of Kokomo; two brothers, Herb Resler of Goshen, and Don Resler of Fort Wayne.  A brother preceded him in death.
  Services were held Tuesday in Kokomo with the Revs. David Sincox and Steve Cole officiating.  Burial was in Garden of Memory Cemetery, Marion.
