Kenneth "Chad" Davis II - Class Of 1986

Kenneth Paul "Chad" Davis II, 39, of Lafayette, died at his residence on Sunday, Feb. 10, 2008.

Born in Lafayette on Sept. 24, 1968, he had resided in Lafayette most of his life. He was a graduate of Delphi Community High School. He was a welder at ProAxis Inc. for four years and had previously worked as a welder at Wabash National. He enjoyed music.

Surviving are two daughters, Shantel L. and Cheyenne L. Davis, both of Lafayette; a stepdaughter, Ladema Blu Penrod, and two stepsons, Charles R. Penrod and Donald B. Miller, all of Lafayette; his mother, Connie Garrison-Wehner (husband: Frank) of Davenport, Wash.; his father, Kenneth Paul Davis of Delphi; a sister, Kimberly Raines (husband: John) of Vincennes; and three brothers, Joshwa and Jason Garrison of Sacramento, Calif., and Kyle Davis of Delphi.

Graveside services are 11 a.m. today at Tippecanoe Memory Gardens, the Rev. Dr. Clayton Kendall officiating. Also surviving are two nephews, Ronald Louden II and Matthew Louden of Lafayette, and six stepgrandchildren. Preceded in death by his life partner, Ladema E. Ross.
