Raymond A. (Jack) Johnson, 74, a retired registered nurse at Richmond State Hospital, died unexpectedly Mon., Jan. 29, 1979, at his home in Mitchell. Born Nov. 9, 1903, in Delphi, he was the son of. Augusta and Florence Castor Johnson. He was a 1921 graduate of Delphi High School. He survived by one son, Duane Johnson, Rt. 1, Delphi; two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services were last Wednesday afternoon at Mitchell. Graveside services were Thursday morning at the I.O.O.F Cemetery in Delphi.
