Mary Jane Hudson, 79, Delphi, died Sunday, Jan. 10, 1982, at 6:30 p.m. at the Delphi Nursing Home where she had been a resident one year. She had been ill three years. Born Dec. 26, 1902, in Delphi, her parents were Henry and Zelda Fisher Crone. She married George Hudson in Delphi July 27, 1922. He died July 9, 1955. Mrs. Hudson attended the Delphi schools and lived in that area all her life. She was formerly employed by Delta Tau Delta Fraternity at Purdue University. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Francis (Ruth L.) O’Farrell, Logansport; one sister, Goldie Scott, Toledo, OH.; one brother, Charles Crone, Burbank, Calif.;’ four grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren. One sister and one brother preceded her in death. Funeral services will be Thursday at 1 p.m. at Thompson Funeral Home in Delphi where friends may call today from 5 to 9 p.m. Rev. William Heinrich will officiate. Burial will be in Masonic Cemetery, Delphi.
