Funeral services were held for Harold M. Dick, 80, of Gainesville, Ga., on Tuesday in Fairmount. His death was unexpected during heart surgery. He was High School principal at Delphi High School 1954 until Aug. 1956. He retired as superintendent of Fairmount schools in 1975, ending a 45 year career in education. Surviving are his wife, one daughter and two granddaughters.
