Frank R. Brewer, 85, who lived with his daughter, Jane Jones, in Otterbein, died Oct. 13,1990, in St. Elizabeth Hospital Medical Center, Lafayette. He was born April 2, 1905, in Delphi and attended Delphi schools. He moved to the Otterbein area 60 years ago. He married Mable Dawson, who died in 1955. He worked at Milburn Peat Moss Co. of Otterbein, drove a semitrailer, worked for the sewage treatment plant, and was Otterbein town marshal, among other jobs. He retired in 1987. He was a member of Masonic Lodge 561 in Otterbein. Also surviving are another daughter, Cathy Stepp of Otterbein; a brother, Harley Brewer of Marion, Ohio; and five grandchildren. Four brothers and two sisters preceded him in death. Services were today in Otterbein.
