Betty J Hyman (Hallam) - Class Of 1943

Betty J. Hallam, 80, of Inverness, died on Sept. 20, 2005, at her residence.

Born in Young America on June 7, 1925, she was the daughter of Earl and Hazel Cline Hyman.

She was a secretary for the Indiana Soldier’s Home in Lafayette.

Mrs. Hallam was of the Protestant faith.

Surviving are two sons, Richard Richardson (wife: Peggy) of Lafayette and William Richardson (wife: Paula) of Havana, Fla.; four daughters, Carol A. Lisak (husband: Gregory) of Raceland, La., Marsha Richardson of Inverness, Fla., Susan Albert (husband: Dave) of Lapaz, and Karen Hicks of Oklahoma City, Okla.; 11 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Burial was in the Yoeman Cemetary.
