Carl Sagers, 77. Rt. 2, Delphi, departed this life at 8:44 pm. on January 27, 1993. in St Elizabeth Hospital. He had been there for six days. Born July 4, 1915, he was the son of Charles Sagers and Mary Robbins. On November 3, 1933, he married Agatha Cree in Delphi. She survives. He was a retired Carroll County farmer for many years, retiring in 1978. He attended Delphi schools. He was a member of Delphi Christian Church. He was a member of Carroll County Farm Bureau. Surviving with his wife arc one daughter, Carolyn Wood of Delphi; and two brothers, Charles Sagers of Warren and John Sagers of Lakeland, FL. One brother preceded in death. Services were conducted Saturday, January 30, 1993, in Horn Funeral Home. Delphi, with the Reverend Rick Pettys officiating. Burial was in IOOF Memorial Gardens, Pittsburg.
