Rosann Peirce Smith. 90, formerly of Delphi, died Tuesday, June 28, 1983, at Augsburg Village. Mulberry, where she had been a resident since October 1982. Born Feb. 12, 1893, in Delphi, her parents were James and Catherine Moore Peirce. She was married to Wayne C. Smith on July 6. 1916, in Delphi, and he died in 1972. Mrs. Smith's father was the builder of the Peirce Stone Barn in Delphi. She was cashier for Feltman and Curme Shoe Stores in Philadelphia, Chicago and New York of which her husband was owner. She was graduated from St. Joseph Parochial School and Delphi High School and attended Indiana University. Mrs. Smith was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church Delphi, and the Altar and Rosary societies of the church. Several nieces and nephews survive. She was preceded in death by two children, three brothers and two sisters. Arrangements are pending at Horn-Thompson Funeral Home,
