April Marie Bradford Connaway, 31, of Delphi, died at 2:16 a.m. May 11, 2004, at her residence. Born Aug. 23, 1972, in Lafayette, she was the daughter of Joe Nathan Bradford and Teresa Cooper. She was a certified nursing assistant and worked in private care. Ms. Bradford-Connaway attended Delphi Community High School and received her CNA from St. Elizabeth Hospital. She attended Pittsburg Missionary Baptist Church. She loved flowers and spending time with her family. Surviving are her father and stepmother. Joe N. and Marcia Bradford of Camden; her mother and stepfather, Teresa and Gary Cooper of Kokomo; her grandparents, Nathan and Rose Bradford of Monticello; one son, Justin Nathan Bradford-Connaway, and two daughters, Amanda Rochelle Bradford-Connaway and Jecie Ellen-Leigh Tedrow, all at home; her companion, Ronald Tedrow, with whom she made her home; and four brothers, Mike Louthen of Peru, Mark Louthen of West Lafayette, and Nicholas Cooper and Andy Cooper, both of Kokomo. Services were Friday at Cree Funeral Home with Pastor Brent Oliver officiating. Burial was in IOOF Cemetery, Pittsburg. Memorials may be made to her children.
