Marian L. Myers, 76, of Delphi, died at 8:10 a.m. Sept. 12, 2001, at St. Elizabeth Medical Center, Lafayette. Born May 24, 1925, in Pittsburg, she was the daughter of Frank and Bessie Boyles Swaim. Her marriage was on Feb. 2, 1947, in Delphi, to Charles W. Myers, who preceded her in death on June 23, 1998. She was a 1943 graduate of Delphi High School. She retired as secretary for Charles Flora Insurance. She was a former secretary at Courtney Justice law office and at Delphi Hardware and Watson Construction. She also was a former cook at the Pittsburg School. Mrs. Myers was a member of the Modern Mrs., Extension Homemakers Club and the VFW Auxiliary. She enjoyed collecting elephant figurines. , Surviving are two sons, Frank L. Myers and Charles S. “Steve” Myers, both of Delphi; and one sister, Helen Hyman of Delphi.
