Word has been received here of the death of Dr. H. C. Busteed, 72, who resided at 127 E. Prospect Ave. Ottawa, Ill., on Thursday, September 6. Born in Delphi in 1879, he was the son of William and Ann Furey Busteed. He attended the local schools and was a practicing physician. He leaves the widow Edythe; three daughters, Mrs. Edward Nilmsen, Chicago; Mrs. Maryon Einhaus, and Mrs. Donald Lavender, Ottawa, Ill; two sisters, Mrs. William Carter, Van Wert, Ohio and Mrs. Ralph Poole, Orlando, Florida and six grandchildren. He was the brother of George Busteed, late of Delphi. Funeral rites were held in the chapel of the Little Flower Church at 2121 West 95th street. Burial was made in Chicago.
