Glenn A. Stark, 76, of 21 Donat Dr., Peru, died at 4:35 p.m. Jan. 28, 2002, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Peru. Born March 15, 1925, in Reynolds, he was the son of Alvin and Verna Young Stark. He married Alice Sircy on May 3, 1981, and she survives. He was a 1943 graduate of Delphi High School and a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. Mr. Stark worked for the Norfolk & Western Railroad for 39 years. He was a member of Trinity Southern Baptist Church in Peru. Also surviving are a stepdaughter, Marty Phillips of Peru; two stepsons. Alan Stark of Peru and Donald Stark of Henderson, Nev.; a brother, Kenneth Stark of Columbia, S.C.; a sister, Irene Harrison of Logansport; and several grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one daughter, one stepdaughter, two sisters, and four brothers. Services and burial were Thursday in Peru. Delphi Carroll County Comet, February 6, 2002
