Jeremy Lee Hayden “Frog” 43 of Delphi, passed away on June 25, 2021. Jeremy was born on June 10, 1978 in Lafayette to Lou Hayden and Dina (Robbins) Hamelman.

He attended Delphi Schools. He was a HVAC Tech/Mechanical Trades and Plumber.

He married Elisabeth “Liza” Liebert on June 5, 2004 in Delphi.

He enjoyed fishing, woodworking. He was an artisan at heart. He enjoyed guns & producing knives, rock collecting, making jewelry, building things and the outdoors. He enjoyed helping others.

Along with his wife, Liza, he is survived by his mother & step-father, Dina & John Hamelman; father & step-mother, Lou & Amy Hayden, all of Delphi; his soon to arrive son, Axis Hayden; brothers, Justin Hayden of Idaho, Cameron Hayden of Delphi; step-sisters: Leslie Martin of Wolcott, Brandi Harmon of Morgantown, Shell Yates of Boswell, Cass Freeland of Earl Park and Lori Snodgrass of Oxford; and several nieces and nephews.

Viewing will be from 4:00 until the 7:00 p.m. Memorial Service on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at Davidson Funeral Home, Delphi with Pastor Kevin Klazzen officiating.

Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to the Axis Hayden Trust Fund.
