Deborah Ann Ratliff, 69, of Rossville, IN, passed away at her home on September 7, 2021. She was born to the late Glen Albert Robinson and Wilma Louise (King) Graham on February 4, 1952 in Lafayette, IN.

She attended Delphi Schools.

Deborah worked at ADM in Frankfort.

Her first marriage was to Larry Shaw and they later divorced. Her second marriage was to Bill Kempf and they divorced. Her third marriage was to Smokey Joel Ratliff on June 20, 1992 in Sandy Hook, KY and he preceded her in death on June 9, 2013.

She spent many years as a military spouse, stationed in Germany, Georgia and Kentucky.

Deborah is survived by one son; one daughter; two siblings; four stepsiblings; and two grandchildren. She was preceded by her parents; husband; stepfather, Clifford Graham; and sister, JoAnn Draper.

Visitation will be from 2-4:00 PM on Saturday, September 11, 2021 at Davidson Funeral Home in Delphi. A graveside memorial will be at a later date at IOOF Memorial Gardens in Pittsburg, IN.
