David Nulf - Class Of 1962

David Lee Nulf, 81, of Delphi, passed away Friday-December 12, 2025, at 11:21pm, at IU Health Arnett Hospital in Lafayette after a brief illness. David was born on January 13, 1944, in Delphi, to the late Ralph & Enola Hash Nulf.  His companion for 10 years, Nancy Daniels, preceded him in death. David attended Delphi High School and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran serving from February 1961 to February 1964. He then graduated from Twin Lakes High School in Monticello. David worked for over 30 years at the former Wilson's Food's in Logansport, retiring February 1, 1994. He and his wife Joanie owned and operated Harvest Moon Gift Store in Logansport, and later opened Joanie's Furniture Store in Kokomo, selling antiques and secondhand furniture. David was a member of the Indianapolis American Legion Post 777. David loved to be outdoors and enjoyed walking on Delphi's trail system. He enjoyed watching football and going to auctions. David was an AA sponsor for over 20 years. He dearly loved his daughter and grandchildren and enjoyed being with them for any occasion. Surviving: daughter-Dawn Nulf & David Lybrook of Delphi, grandson-Troy & Samantha Spear of Delphi, grandson-Michael L. Spear of Delphi, great granddaughter-Sadie Spear & great grandson-Riley Spear both of Delphi. He was preceded in death by a brother Dean Nulf. Services: Visitation will be Wednesday from 11am to 1pm at Abbott Funeral Home, Inc., Delphi. Private family graveside service will take place at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Logansport. Rev.
