Patricia F. Hornick, 77, of Ellettsville passed away on December 22, 2022 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital with her family by her side.

Born March 22, 1945 in South Bend, IN she was the daughter of William and Helen (Bailey) Bowen and she was the wife of Duane "Doc" Hornick. Patricia was retired from Indiana University and she had also worked at The Peoples State Bank, she loved gardening, reading and IU Basketball and was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church

Patricia was preceded in death by her Parents and one Brother, Dave Bowen.

She is survived by her Husband, Duane and her two Sons Bill Hornick and Jim Hornick and his wife Alta; four Grandchildren Tyler, Jake, Celine and Ashton and one Sister, Michelle Weiss.

Funeral Services will be held on Friday December 30, 2022 at 11:00am at St Paul United Methodist Church in Bloomington.  Visitation will be at Chandler Funeral Home on Thursday, December 29, 2022 from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm.  Entombment will be following at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
