Debbie Lichtenberger McKissick

I have been teaching high school Spanish for 25 years, 22 of them at Fairfield High School in Goshen, IN. My husband and I live in Granger, IN (near South Bend). He and I each have 3 children, ranging in age from 16-24. Two of them live on their own, 2 are in college, and 2 still in school. Looking forward to our 30 year (is that possible??) class reunion in 2012.

I have so many great memories of my years at Delphi. My family moved there when I was in 7th grade and my dad became the basketball coach. I made friends right away with Pat Vaughan, Janet Draper, Nancy Ives, Pam Powlen, Tricia Starbuck, Miriam Robeson, Jeff Scott and Dale Lanham. I have wonderful memories of playing volleyball, basketball and tennis; of sleep-overs, school dances, band activities, and going to football and basketball games on Friday nights. I feel like I got a great education and had a lot of positive influences in my life. :)
