Mark Smith

Although I haven't utilized the degree I obtained from Indiana State University in 1971, I have returned to the city of my formative years to serve it as Board Member of the Carroll County Wabash-Erie Canal, Inc; Secretary of the Carroll County Cancer Association, and, more presently, I have assumed the reigns of the Delphi Indiana Main Street Association.
I am grateful for being placed in an environment such as I was while here which had a positive effect on my upbringing.

I fondly remember being granted the Prix d'Honneur while in Mrs. Eatons's French Class and playing in the DCHS band under Directors Laughlin, Deweese, and Wheatley.
