Funeral services with Randall Jones officiating were Saturday afternoon at Thompson Funeral Home for George Gene Maxwell, 26, who resided in a trailer on Wells St., Rt. 3, Delphi.  Burial was in Pittsburg Cemetery.
  He died at approximately 2 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 18, 1978.
  Born August 8, 1951, in Lafayette, he was the son of Gene A. and Wilma M. Conrad Maxwell who survive and reside at Rt. 1, Battle Ground.  He was married June 4, 1976, to Delphi to Sandy Farner.  An employee of Underhill Industries, Delphi, he served in the U.S. Marines from 1969 to 197.
  Surviving with his wife and parents are the maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lee Maxwell, Rt. 2, Delphi; one son, Samuel Maxwell, Camden; two daughters, Sarah Gene and Rachele Marie, both at home; and a sister, Linda Lee Maxwell, Lafayette.

This is MY BROTHER whom I am going to miss till the day I die and be with him again! I LOVE you Georgie Porgie you were one of the BEST persons I will ever meet or hope too. I am sorry that someone thought they had to take your life from you and leave your Wife and Baby's to fin for themselves, but THAT PERSON will get HIS one of these days GOD WILL GET REVENGE George! All of Delphi KNOWS who Kiled you but are to SCARED to say so! Oh well, like I said dear Brother like I said. See ya soon. Take care my Little Brother, your Brother Kenny DeWit (Denny)

 Don't know WHY OUR Brother Danny Henderson has not commented on here but am gonna find out my Dear Brother of that you can REST ASSURED! LOVE your Oldest BROTHER, KENNY DEWIT!
